Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the BuildOn mobile application (the "App") operated by 4Pixel Studio Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
You sign in using Apple's "Sign in with Apple" service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Subscriptions and Free Trial
The App offers a free trial period followed by optional paid subscription plans. Your free trial begins when you first create an account.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store. To cancel, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the App.
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App are the property of 4Pixel Studio Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4Pixel Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App's settings screen.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
